Product description

TT-120 Fill Flex has a very high flexibility despite its very good filling capacity. Ideal for carrying out economically small repairs and three basic colors available for an easier paint finish. Fill Flex has a fine top layer which facilitates the finish, less sanding. Fill Flex is suitable for accelerated drying with infrared.

  • Drying time at 20°C: hand-dry after 15 min. (50 micron film).
  • Colour: white, dark grey, red, blue, anthracite.
  • Consumption:
    • 1 full covering layer = 233 gr/m²
    • 1 full filling layer = 333 gr/m²
  • Nozzle: adjustable in narrow horizontal or wide vertical shape.
  • Max. temperature resistance: 120°C.
  • Shelf life: 24 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.

Instructions

  • After relasing the mixing ball, shake well before use.
  • Sand the surface and clean and degrease with TT-101Sikker Afrens FS and/or TT-1004 Multifoam.
  • Apply TT-120 Fill Flex in a serie of thin layers, allowing a brief drying period between layers.
  • Once dry (20 min) sand before applying paint. Sanding may be done dry (500 grit) or wet (800 grit).
  • Empty the nozzle spraying with the can upside down.

After drying (+/- 15 minutes), Novafill Flex 2 can be sanded (both wet and dry). Can be painted over after 2 hours with the most common paints. With plastics that contain PE or PP, Fill Flex 2 may have less good or even poor adhesion. The use of TT-229 Seal & Bond Special Primer can considerably improve adhesion.
