Product description

TT-1018 is an effective, acidic foam cleaner designed for the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry and can be used without prior alkaline cleaning for the removal of fat, protein, blood and lime scale when used in the right concentration.

TT-1018 produces a powerful and stable foam when applied with foam application equipment. The foam ensures optimal humidification which delivers high quality cleaning and leaves clean surfaces, even on vertical apllications.

  • Appearance: fluid.
  • Colour: colourless.
  • Odour: characteristic.
  • Density:  1.16 kg/L.
  • pH: < 1.0 pH use solution 3%~ 1.5.
  • Shelf life: 36 months, stored at +15  to +35°C. Store tightly sealed in the original packaging. Must not be stored together with nutritional and tobacco/alcohol or other consumable products or with feeds. Store away from: Chlorine and alkalines.

Application

The product is compliant with general food legislation requirements for products used within food manufacturing companies. This means that under normal use and dosage, or under foreseeable conditions, the product will not leave residues in foods to an extent which may represent a risk to human health. The product can also be used in other industries/applications than those mentioned.

Instructions

  • Dosage: 2-5%.
  • Temperature: 5-50°C.
  • In case of high protein content, temperature must not exceed +40°C.
  • Apply, let work depending the degree of soiling (between 5 and 20 minutes).
  • Wipe off the foam before it dries out.
  • After cleaning, all surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed with drinking water.

Can be used with caution on aluminium, if in doubt first test.
